1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer, but we will always notify you of any delays.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location:

 

United States & Canada: 7–12 business days

 

United Kingdom: 8–14 business days


Western Europe (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, etc.): 10–15 business days


Northern Europe (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Ireland): 10–16 business days


Southern Europe (Portugal, Greece, etc.): 10–16 business days


Eastern Europe (Czech Republic and nearby countries): 12–18 business days


Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days


Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia): 10–16 business days


United Arab Emirates & Middle East: 10–15 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For returns, a flat return shipping fee applies, as explained in our Return Policy.

 

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to all countries enabled at checkout (including Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East).

The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applicable in their country.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

We recommend checking the tracking regularly to stay updated on your delivery status.


6. Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Valoris Nova is not liable for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

7. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If an order is returned to Valoris Nova due to an incorrect address or refusal at customs, the customer will

be responsible for covering the reshipping cost.
